Reasons to Love Canyons Village at Park City Resort

Canyons Resort is home to 4,000 acres, 182 trails and 19 lifts. Oh, and let’s not forget the three terrain parks and six natural half pipes.

With so many ski features, we could have saved time by writing about the reasons NOT to love Canyons Resort – it would be a very short list…

1. Access

Check this out: Canyons is North America’s largest four-season resort so close to a major international airport.

Salt Lake City International Airport is just a 35-minute commute to Canyons Resort, meaning you could ski the very same day you land.

2. Terrain

Canyons welcomes both skiers and snowboarders, with loads of incredible terrain for all comers to explore.

Slopes are split into 10% beginners, 44% intermediate, and 46% advanced. Plus, the super-adventurous can always try their hand at heli-skiing.

As for Canyons’ terrain parks, skiers and riders of all abilities can tackle jumps, jibs, wallrides, urban zones, hips, gongs, plank drops, and eagle’s nests. And for the little’uns there’s Burton Riglet Park, which provides a snowboarders teaching environment for ages three to six.

3. Dining

Canyons Resort is home to a variety of mountain eateries, whether it’s fine dining you’re after, or more family-friendly fare.

Here are just some of our favourites:

The Farm: For foodies,no ski trip to Canyons would be complete without paying a visit to The Farm.
