Sue- Snowflower Condominiums, Park City

The holiday was great and we were lucky with the weather with good snow just before we arrived.

The Snowflower apartment was in a great spot and the rooms were good.  If I stayed there again the only thing I would change would be to get an aprtment on the top floor as there was a bit of noise from the apartment above.  Aprt from that minor issue everything went well.

Thanks for your help in organising.

Bob- Temptation Townhomes, Park City

The trip went really well and we absolutely lucked in with the snow. They had a dump the weekend we arrived and then again the following weekend. Not a big season by their standard but awesome by ours. We skied 12 days straight and went up to Deer Valley one day also. That place is bizarre but gees you get to hoot on the black groomers not something you find much place else.

The accommodation worked well. A short walk to the Silver star lift in the mornings and ski trail to across the road in the arvo! We skied down to the village a few days and after a few ales it was a $12 to $15 taxi or Uber ride back to the lodge. At night, the bus into town was perfect.

We should have life membership to No Names and the Spur! They extracted quite a deal from our wallets. We had lunch on the mountain somewhere every day. That’s an education in itself.

Thanks again for all your help

Helena- Black Bear Lodge, Deer Valley

Thank you very very much, all was very nice. We all had a great time.

The weather was fantastic a bit warm though but still had a lot of snow and the lodge, the unit, location and such was wonderful.

All went smoothly and had no problems what so ever. Thank you to put it all together. It’s really beautiful there.

Sue- Sundial Lodge, Canyons Village Park City

We had a fantastic time in Utah and loved Park City. The snow was “less” than usual, but it was still great.

The rooms in Sundial lodge were very comfortable and all our transfers went without a glitch. I would recommend Park City to anyone wanting an overseas ski holiday and would love to go back. I know all the others in our group feel the same.

Thank you for all your help and work organizing our trip.

Genevieve- Grand Summit, Canyons Village Park city

The accommodation was excellent far exceeded our expectations! The loft room was enormous and well appointed and the view was looking up the mountain at the base of both the chair and gondola.

Thank you so much for organizing this trip. Loved Park City!

Tanya- Sundial Lodge, Canyons Village Park City

Great location and accommodation.  Perfect.  Loved skiing in the Canyons more than anywhere else.  Tree lined beautiful runs.  Fell in love with Aspen trees.  Shame about the snow – worst season in 40 years apparently.  But…. plenty of man made stuff.

Best coffee run was heading over to Compos in Park City – loved the run over and back each day. Also discovered in town the Five5eeds – great coffee and food too.  Had lunch at the Lookout Cabin – great staff and views.
Everything went smoothly

James- Snowcrest Condominiums, Park City

Our trip was very nice.  I was surprised how many people said we got such good conditions.  I had just assumed Park City always had good snow…  Glad.

When you quoted me the price, I didn’t think much about because it was what it was, not that I won’t be paying it off until June and I owed my son a trip anyway, but I was talking with someone and they said the daily lift tix price was $149 – my heart stopped!

I can definitely see coming back.  I’ll have to plan better next time or at least sooner.

If you’re ever in NY . . .

Peter- Snowflower Condominiums, Park City

All went well thanks, accomodation really good for us with the slopes at the doorstep.

The ski hire people were great, only issue they do not pick up & return to lodge as advised.

Park City is a very spread out town, the buses work great for  going up to the historic town for shops & restaurants.

Did not ski at Deer Valley but visited one afternoon, looks very impressive.
Thanks for all your very helpful assistance.

Ken- Grand Summit, Canyons Village Park City

Overall had a great time at the Grand Summit. The included breakfast was out of this world with the selections and the omelet bar.

Will have to look at visiting Park City again but in the summer or fall time.

The only thing that could have been better was more snow for better ski conditions. Other than that, had a blast. Thanks for all of your help in setting it.

Chris- Royal Plaza, Deer Valley

We had a wonderful ski trip at DV and PC. I thought a few feedback comments would be of interest.

The locals said it was one of the worst snow seasons on record but for us cruisers it was just right. A few icy patches but on the whole we had a great time skiing. We skied 8 days out of the 9 as one day the visibility was poor.

We discovered the salad bar was the best lunch option at the day lodges, otherwise US food is pretty huge and unhealthy. Good coffee is scarce, we think the best being Campos at PC base (Oz owned) and Harvest in PC town. The restaurants at Silver Lake Village were really expensive, but convenient.

We used the Cadillac service a few times; it is a good inclusion. The condo (Royal Plaza) is really well located to restaurants, ski storage, ticket window and lifts. I don’t think we could have done better as far as convenience is concerned. The unit itself was nice and roomy with typical chunky furniture etc. Wifi didn’t work initially and they replaced the modem the next day. They also tried to fix the gas fireplace which was unusable because of the noise the blower fan made but no it couldn’t be done. I gather it and the wifi have been  ongoing issues for this unit (302). The heating was effective but it was also very noisy, so we didn’t use it much. Lastly, the bed. It was a great bed AFTER we removed both the thick slab of foam from the top and the plastic coated mattress cover!

Our half day in SLC worked out well as did the storage at the Marriot. It is a nice city. The Natural History Museum, just a bit out of town, was a good option to fill in time. It’s a new building worth a visit for its architecture alone. A visit to Temple Square and an organ recital at the Tabernacle rounded off our time there.

Thanks and Cheers

Neil- Eagle Springs Lodge, Solitude Resort

We enjoyed the accommodations at Solitude.  We actually exclusively skied at Brighton and merely stayed at Solitude which worked out well.  The unit was clean and the kitchen was a great help.

Thank you for your help.

Vic- Silver Cliff Condominiums, Park City

We had a lovely time, park city is beautiful and and the accommodation was very good, spacious and very convenient.  We loved the spa too.

Could have done with a bit more snow, but unfortunately the weather is out of our control.

Thanks for being very organised and a great help, everything ran smoothly.

Cheryl- Caledonian, Park City

We loved the Caledonian (Craig Booth at front desk was extremely helpful) and how convenient it was in Main St.  Yes, it would have been better to be able to ski directly to the Caledonian each afternoon with better snow, but, just so great to have town lift right outside hotel.

Had a great time, and although the snow only came down once, still great skiing and only experienced icy slopes on second last day in the afternoon when snow had been skied away by then so just made sure I came in earlier the next day before the later afternoon slip and slide happened.  Apparently there was a great drop of snow 2 days after we left.  It hasn’t deterred us in anyway, we love Park City, the Caledonian and know the snow is usually better.

Thanks for organising ski holiday 2018

Amy- Grand Summit, Canyons Village Park City

My nephew and I had a truly excellent week.  The warm weather made for quite pleasant skiing and great views.   Our room at the Grand Summit had a view of the mountain and we got to watch the start of 4-6 year old ski school each morning – very entertaining.

Dylan- Temptation Townhomes, Park City

We have now got home and settled back in to working life 🙁

Thank you again for all the work you put into our trip. Everything went extremely smoothly.

The pick up was there on time, the lift tickets were sorted straight away, the accommodation was absolutely perfect, and the team at the gear hire place were great.

Most of the gear was even brand new! We did have an issue with one of the boards and they were very understanding.

I wouldn’t hesitate to contact you again if/when we head back to Utah.

Many thanks from all of us.

Ning- Park City Peaks

It has been one week since I arrived in Park City Peaks Hotel. I have been thoroughly enjoying my stay here.

Your most favourite person, Maxine, is a true gem. Probably, lots of people listed her as a favourite person here. Last week, she arranged for me to attach to an American ski club. I went with them to Deer Valley, and in the evenings, we went to the hot spring bath, the Mormon choir rehearsal in Salt Lake City. I wouldn’t have experienced all these activities, if I was not with that group.

The staff in this hotel are very nice, very patient. All in all, I am quite happy to be here.

The skiing itself is fantastic. The Sun is out everyday except for one. The snow is light and firm, although it is getting fairly warm last couple of days.

Many thanks to you, Briony, you have helped me turned a very unpleasant situation into a very enjoyable experience.

Stephen- Snowflower Condominiums, Park City

Hi Briony,

Just a short note to say “thanks” for organising our Ski Adventure to Park City Utah. Everything went according to your itinerary, The accommodation was perfect, the location was perfect and a big thanks for organising perfect snow as well !!

Karen- Sundial Lodge, Canyons Village Park City

Hi Briony,

My husband and son returned yesterday from Utah and they wanted to let you know they had a wonderful time and loved the accommodation. Thanks again for your efficient organisation.

Stephen- Powder Pointe, Park City

All went well, with transfers and ticketing happening smoothly. A very busy week in the town with the Sundance Film Festival Events and apart from the weekends, the slopes were sparsely populated. Skiing was excellent with mostly good weather and several blue sky days. The accommodation was well positioned, close to the ski lifts and the bus service throughout the valleys. The apartment was appropriately rated as Bronze.

Chris- Snowbird and Park City

We really had one of the best ski holidays we have ever had. We were very lucky with the weather and snow but our accommodation, lift passes, transport etc were all fantastic and so well organised that we had absolutely no problems. Thank you very much for your all your effort on our behalf, things could not have gone any better and I am sure you will hear from us again when we have saved up some money for another trip.

Both Snowbird and Park City were terrific, it was very interesting see Snowbird after 20 years! We had our Utahn friends fly from St George to SLC to meet us for dinner one night and they were very impressed with our holiday arrangements as well.

Andrus- Snowflower Condominiums, Park City

We’ve been back for a week and I wanted to tell you how great it was. Snowflower worked perfectly for us with views across the ski fields and ski in-ski out. We had 30” of powder snow in the first few days (Yahoo!) and then 5-6 bluebird days following. The combined Park City/Canyons resort was huge and beautiful and the old town of Park City was a lovely place. All in all a terrific skiing holiday. Thank you for the arrangements.

Lesley- Silverado Lodge, Canyons Village Park City

Everything went very well.

The lodge was fantastic, we had a huge lounge room with a full kitchen + bathroom, one bedroom with 2 double beds (so we didn’t need the rollaway bed) + bathroom, and another bedroom with a king bed + bathroom.

They placed us on the ground floor right outside the pool and spa which was a favourite spot in the afternoons after a hard day skiing.
The breakfast was delicious. (we had vouchers for 2 mornings for all 5 of us) The most extensive breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen.
Transport worked well, ski hire worked well, transfers worked well.

The skiing was better at Park City for me and my youngest daughter (more green slopes). Canyons was harder and less crowded.
But both stations offered a variety of blue and black runs. Everyone loved it and the area was so beautiful.

If I had to say the only downside was that I was very disappointed with Main Street. The shops were very expensive and were mainly art galleries. Also, without a car, grocery shopping was a bit difficult, we had to shop using the bus.

However, all in all, everything was great.

Ann Marie- Mont Cervin Plaza, Deer Valley

We had a fantastic trip and loved Deer Valley. So much so that we think we would like to go again next year.

The location of the apartment was amazing right at the base of the chair lift and the size and fitout of the living space was perfect. The hot tub was gorgeous and had a great view straight up the mountain which we used every day and loved! Many of our friends that came to visit who were staying at Black Bear, St Regis and the Stein Erikson said that they thought our apartment was the best they had seen. Thank you so much for organising it for us.

Also, we had some simple feedback on the apartment that would have made it even better if you would mind passing on to the owners if you think they would be interested. The bedroom with the 2 single beds in it was quite cold compared to the rest of the apartment – it would be good to sort that out. Also, the humidifiers that they had were not very effective and the dryness was a big issue for us. Our friends had better humidifiers in their place and it made a big difference. Finally, providing a few essentials in the kitchen would be very helpful – even just salt, pepper and olive oil is always so helpful when arriving at a fully self contained apartment like that one.

Thanks again and regards

Andrea- The Montage, Deer Valley

Hi Briony,

I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank you for helping to organise our ski holiday for us. We had a fabulous time and everything went smoothly from the pick up at the airport, the ski rentals to the lift passes. It certainly is a fabulous place to ski and we definitely plan to go back there as soon as we can!

Sarah- Silverado Lodge

I just wanted to let you know that we had the times of our lives in Park City!!!!!

Everything was wonderful and we cannot thank you enough for your assistance in making our trip so amazing! When we decide to go again we will not hesitate to use your services, it was a fabulous experience!

Moyna- Private Home, Park City

Just wanted to thank you for all your great work, suggestions and helpfulness in booking our trip to Park City. We had a wonderful time, accommodation was perfect, transfers and ski passes went smoothly.

Hope we can use your services again in the not too distant future, until then we will happily recommend Destination Utah to our friends.

Michelle- Lodge at Mountain Village, Park City

We are home now after an amazing 2 weeks in Utah. We have gone from -23c to 34c in 2 weeks.

Loved the skiing and our room was AMAZING!. We skied Park City and loved the huge range of runs, it was so convenient, but my favourite was Deer Valley. Just beautiful runs and perfect grooming. PC is such a pretty town too. And the free bus system made it so easy to get around. A great place for a family holiday.

Many thanks for your help

Perrin- Cliff Lodge, Snowbird

Thank you! We had a wonderful trip with some lovely powder skiing!

We were wrapped with accommodation in Snowbird, especially as you managed to book our rooms together and joining rooms for the Finegan’s.

Thank you for everything, your assistance has been exceptional. We would be pleased to book trips through you in the future and will highly recommend your services to others.

Hamish- The Montage, Deer Valley

We had a great time. The Montage was fantastic. Thank you for all your help with the trip. It was much appreciated.

Bruce- Grand Summit Hotel, Canyons

Hi Briony,

Well what can I say that would explain how much we enjoyed the whole experience of Park City.

When we registered and got our keys after having time to get our equipment and Lift passes we first went to the two bedroom unit. To walk into the 2 bedrooms with all the living space and of course the Christmas tree that was pre-arranged the eyes just lit up with enjoyment. Then to walk in to our 3 bedroom apartment Penthouse with every conceivable convenience was almost too much, but it did set the mood for the rest of our stay.

The soft powder was fantastic, the young ones made the most of their two days of lessons and it wasn’t long before they were skiing all the blue runs with us oldies.

We took your advice and booked the Waldorf Astoria for Xmas eve dinner, The Farm for Xmas dinner and it snowed Xmas eve and Xmas day for a full White Christmas and the Viking Yurt for Boxing Day dinner all were fantastic with great food and great service. All 11 of us wish to thank you for all the work you put into making it the best Christmas yet.

Rob- Moose Lodge, Park City

We had a great time skiing at Park City and Canyons.

Park city was a great choice for a family with young kids. The mix of terrain was good for Jen and our youngest girl. The ski school was great for all the kids, they all enjoyed it and said the food was good. Went up to Canyons myself and then again with my son who is 12 and loved it up there. It will be good if the new lift joining Park city and Canyons goes ahead.

Park City was a great little town with all you need for a good time off the slopes. Went into Salt lake and watched the grizzlies play ice hockey which was a fun night out. We got lucky with the snow conditions, with some good snow fall just before we arrived. We had bluebird days which were warm! No need for all the thermals we carted over! The guys from Utah ski and Golf were great picking us up and then picking our gear up at the end of our stay. The gear we rented was fine, but was getting a bit old and knocked around. Our accommodation at moose lodge was good with a bus stop just out the front making it easy to catch the shuttle bus.

Thanks for your help organising our trip to Utah and the cheap airfares. Delta was good to fly with. no problems at all.

Thanks again for your help, will be in contact when we can head to Utah again.

Duncan- Park Station, Park City

Just a quick note to say all went very well on our epic trip to the US.

Park city was amazing. The apartment we stayed in was perfect. Very well fitted out and very well appointed and freshly renovated. I would highly recommend this unit to your clients.

Also the guys at the ski rental you recommended were awesome. They went out of there way to help us. And were very flexible on the rental arrangements.

Plus the snow was great.

Many thanks for your assistance.

Troy- Sundial Lodge, Canyons Resort

We had a fantastic time at Park City and Canyons. Our apartment had the best view and was only a few metres from the base of the gondola.

Our timing was perfect as it started snowing on the day that we arrived so we enjoyed a few days of Utah powder, which was as good as anything that we have experienced in Japan!

Michelle- Snowflower Condominiums, Park City

Thanks Briony holiday was spectacular – we loved it and thank you for everything that you arranged it was perfect.

I will recommend you and your company to all my friends. Of the different places we have been so far on this trip it was my favourite.

Amelia- Town Pointe Condominiums, Park City

We all had an amazing time. The accommodation was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed skiing Deer Valley. We had heaps of powder which made it all the more enjoyable.

Thanks for organising everything, it couldn’t have run smoother. We will definitely recommend you to friends and hopefully arrange another holiday with you in the future.

Thanks again

George- Cliff Lodge, Snowbird Resort

Thanks again for all your work. We loved Snowbird. A great resort. Cliff Lodge was superb. Great service and facilities. Kim had a few issues with altitude sickness for the first 3 days but besides this, we couldn’t fault anything at all. The local skiers are pretty selfish but we live on the Gold Coast and it’s exactly the same in the surf here so no huge surprises. The weather was perfect. We timed it just right.

Raymond- Sundial Lodge, Canyons Resort

Our Utah skiing/boarding was amazing. We received great snow/powder twice while we were there! The crowning glory though was the accommodation at the Sundial – it was perfect for us! That really is a great place to stay.

Chris- Town Lift Condominiums, Park City

We were really impressed with the snow, skiing and facilities. We liked Deer Valley in particular; the gold taps in the restrooms were just what is needed!

We skied every day except the last which was poor weather compared to what we had the first five days.

The accommodation was really well located and there was ample room for us. The only minor gripe would be the crappy shower rose and inadequate hot water for 4 showers at the end of a days skiing. Also there were no instructions in the unit re heating etc and even where the ski lockers were. But really non of that detracted from the good times we had.

Thanks for arranging it all

Courtney- Sundial Lodge, Canyons Resort

We had a FANTASTIC time at Canyons! Our room at Sundial was great, the buffet breakfast delicious and most importantly we loved the fresh snow!

Will recommend you to anyone doing a trip to Utah & will be in touch if (when!) we go back ourselves.

Thanks again

Rick- Snowflower Condominiums, Park City

Thanks as always for your impeccable organisation, all went smoothly. The delay out of Sydney due to the weather problems in the US was a bit of a pain but didn’t affect our first day’s skiing.(Delta also gave us 5000 points for the inconvenience!)

It was great to have lots of snow falling during our stay, more than the last three visits. My(old) mate John did the interconnect tour with five other young guys, all of whom had fat skis, he was on groomers and with the new snow of early Feb had a real workout but loved it. There was so much snow they couldn’t finish at Alta and I think got transport back from Solitude.

Rebecca- Black Diamond Lodge, Deer Valley

Thank you, everything was brilliant and worked perfectly. We really enjoyed Black Diamond Lodge in particular and had a great time and great snow. We have already recommended you to friends, so I hope you get some work from that!

Peter- Sundial Lodge, Canyons Resort

Great holiday in Utah. Skied all 9 days. 5 days Canyons, 2 days at both Deer Valley and Park City. Skied off all lifts, all resorts!

Sundial accommodation and front of house staff very good.

Ski room great.

Park city buses very efficient.

Thankfully snow arrived when we did.

Skis lost/stolen Deer Valley. Lady in green very helpful and recovered them by lunchtime that day. Had to hire another set for the day.

Canyons quiet socially but met a number of people who knew people we know. Invited to 2 medical meetings at Grand Summit.

Problems-  Canyons ticket queue very inefficient, others OK.

Your service- very efficient. Put us on your mailing list.

Kate- Hyatt Escala Lodge, Canyons Resort

We had a great time at Canyons, and the rest of our US trip. Our apartment at the Hyatt was just amazing, certainly big enough for the 8 of us to stay in!! The property was great – spent most afternoons down in the spa pools. The ski valet was a terrific addition, made it just so easy to get in & out onto the slopes.

We stayed in most nights and cooked, or ate over at our friends place In Westgate. It all seemed too hard and think we were all too tired to get the shuttle into park city at night.

Went in once only during the day – as my husband had an unfortunate accident with a tree on day 4.

All other arrangements went well, our airport transfers – you should have seen us on arrival. 8 people, 16 pieces of large luggage, carry ons. Then we asked the driver to stop @ the supermarket so we could stock up, still not sure how it all fitted in the van but we made it!!

We then had to do 2 x transfers to get our rental gear, apparently the larger van had been involved in an accident, but it all worked out in the end & we were all ready to ski the following morning. The snow was better towards the end of the week, but the first few days were just gloriously sunny – my favourite ski conditions! What a large resort – it took us all week to explore, so we ended up not skiing anywhere else, might have to save that for another trip.

Sorry we didn’t get to meet up with you, am sure you were really busy with your group anyway.

Thank you for all your arrangements and help, and adding hawaii to the end of our ski week was just the best thing.

It was absolutely beautiful & I would highly recommend it!!

Jocelyn- Lodge at Mountain Village, Park City

Just a quick note to say a special thank you for your assistance in our holiday at Utah.

Everything was perfect….very well done!   Location could not be better for ski school etc & proximity to lifts.

Perry- Mecca Tour

Apart from that rotten cold i caught, the trip for me was perfect .  Your knowledge and the way everything ran was spot on. It was like SEAL team operation. Met some really nice folk.

The extras you organised either side of the tour were also top notch.

The snow was awesome by the way 🙂

Carolyn- Lodge at Mountain Village, Park City

The accommodation was in a great spot with sensational views of the mountain.

We were very comfy & cosy there with everything we needed in the apartment.

We enjoyed Park City Mountain and Canyons very much.  We didn’t actually go to Deer Valley as Rick is a snowboarder and they don’t take his kind there!

If we were staying longer I think we would have ventured to Snowbird, by all reports it is pretty good there.  The weekends were crowded, so knowing what I do now I would stay longer next time and skip skiing on the weekends – use that time for something else.  During the week was fabulous, just ski down and straight on the lift.

Park City was a lovely town, and the free bus transport was great.  Had a lovely time looking around the galleries & interesting shops.  Would have loved to see the town all snowy, but it did not snow the whole time we were there.  Cant complain about skiing on bright sunny blue sky days though, I’ll take that over a blizzard any day!

The private transfer on the way back was great – that’s what I would do both ways next time.  We were squished in for the shared ride.

One very happy family, we loved our trip – had a fabulous but exhausting time in Orlando too.

Thanks for all your hard work to make our holiday a success!

Nina- The View, Snowbird/Alta and Snowflower Condo's Park City

LOVED it!

Had a few days of fresh cover, had sunshine and a wonderful experience.
Alta, Snowbird and Brighton were the winners of the 2 weeks. The resorts are set higher and had better snow, with Canyons in Park City the winner at a slightly lower altitude.

Thank you so much for all your help in organising the trip.

Elizabeth- Montage, Deer Valley

That was the best skiing holidays, we love Deer Valley.

There is a good chance we will be going back next year, and bring our son and his family.

Thanks for your help, talk to you later when we decide.

Louise- Lodge at Snowbird, Snowbird Resort

Snowbird!!! Well, it lived up to my expectation again.  We had 2 good dumps while we were there so had good snow pretty much the whole time.  One day we didn’t go snowboarding because the winds were 40mph but we did not mind because it was St Patricks day and we had a good time in the bar instead.

The accom was great and I would definitely stay there again.  The loft was not overly suitable for a baby because of the stairs but we managed with some interior decorating.  They were able to give us adjoining rooms.  The bell boys drove me up the crèche at the Cliff lodge every morning which was nice of them.

Thanks so much again for helping us organise this holiday.

Not sure how soon the next one will be but will definitely give you a call if we are heading to America.

Rebecca- Alta Peruvian Lodge, Alta Resort

The lodge was lovely, then only problem for me being that there was too much yummy food to tempt me and I ate too much!!!  The pool and hot tub were excellent, and I think we got a room upgrade because we had our own bathroom which was great.
